Miriam Aziz is a composer and multi-instrumentalist and has released five studio albums. Her musical career began in 2007 with her first album We’re Inside Out (RPR / 2007) followed by Tránsito (EMI Norway /2009), Muerte, Bailaremos (RPR / 2010) and Lost for Words (2013). She has performed in venues in Oslo, Ithaca (NY), Saint Louis, Missouri and New York City as well as the Woma Jazz Festival, Italy (2007) and the MELA world music festival in Oslo (2009). She also creates sound-design projects for her own installation pieces as well as on a work for hire basis for other artists. She released an EP, “I AM HERE WHERE I AM HOME” in 2018 which was released by 33Jazz Records and is distributed by The Orchard. On September 1, 2020 she released a digital single called “Come Back Beautiful” which is also accompanied by a short film that she created (33Jazz Records / The Orchard).
